It's your responsibility to do secure packing for all of your goods. It must use cardboard boxes and do shrink wrap. We don't accept a suitcase or any bag; if you fail to do so, we will charge a minimum of £10 per box.
Fragile Items
We take care of fragile items best to deliver them to their destination safely and securely. However, no airline or Courier Company accept responsibility for it. So, It's the shipper's responsibility to do Fragile Packing, and it must mark as sensitive to avoid damage. If you cannot do it, then you should contact professional packers.
Volume weight / Dimensional weight
The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space in comparison to its actual weight. Therefore, the volumetric or dimensional weight will calculate and compare with the shipment's actual weight to ascertain a more significant weight; the higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost. The formula for calculating volumetric weight is length x width x height (cm) / 5000.
Volume Reduction
If a box has a limit of 30 kg and puts only 10-12kg in that box, the airline will charge 30kg, not 10-12kg. For example, duvets, pillows, soft toys & so on take up more space than the actual weight. Vacuum bags are the best way to reduce your shipment's volume weight. You can suck the whole air with a vacuum cleaner. However, it's unsuitable for Fragile sentiments or Extra value items.
Reciever and sender Details
Destination contact details must provide at the time of booking; Simultaneously, we may only accept reservations with a destination phone number; all claims or complaints about delay or storage charges incurred will not entertain.
Delay in Arrival
Airlines will not give any compensation in any circumstances in case of delays in arrival at the destination. They have shipment priority. First, as all shipments or cargo are booked with passenger aircraft, there are some priorities in cargo categories; all airlines prefer passenger baggage, Diplomat mail, Human Remains, perishable goods, and dry cargo. If the space for dry cargo is not available in busy periods, they will move to the next available flights.
Claim and Insurance
Typically, we don't do insurance. If you have high-value items, please arrange goods in transit insurance online. In case of damage or lost items, receiving person/party is to obtain the damage or lost report before leaving the custom warehouse. No claim can be filed with the airline, and with this report receiving person/party need to make a claim directly with the relevant airlines at the destination.
